James Walker,
A 35-year veteran of Law Enforcement, James Walker pioneered municipal agency services and the technical development of training manuals and procedures for extreme northern rural law enforcement. Walker helped shape isolated community law enforcement strategy and was a founding member of emergency services (police, fire and ambulance) for 3 communities in northern Alberta, Canada. During the course of his career, Mr. Walker developed a keen photographic eye for crime scenes and advanced his skills in hobby photography by pursuing excellence through courses, self study and experience. He now uses his cameras to record nature, people and social events as a freelance photographer and has an eclectic published blog to display some of his photos at http://photosfromthebearslair-bearboy.blogspot.ca/
